I don't think there's a way, you can only destroy ruined houses. So i want to remove some of those maybe with a Mini Nuke? Why not use these? They are totally broken with Holes in the Roof in the Walls etc etc. There are only 4 collapsed Houses of 14 in Sanctuary and most of the left Houses are simple in my way.
